Our Own Made Cashew Brittle

At the Port Clinton Peanut Shop, are mixing brittles from scratch in our copper kettle and cooling it on our marble table.  This amazingly delightful snack adds a sweet cashew nutty flavor to this caramely brittle.  Hard to each just one.
